Senior Frontend Engineer @ Turing

Akash Bambhaniya Dashboards and data-heavy interfaces that stay fast at scale.

Eight years of front-end work — from turning designs into pages, to leading React builds, freelancing with founders and agencies, and now shipping data-heavy products at Turing. I focus on interactive charts, maps, and real-time views in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript, and I review AI-generated code before it ships.

I turn dense requirements into interfaces nobody has to think about.

Senior Frontend Engineer leveraging AI to solve real business problems — not by building autonomous agents, but by using AI where it actually saves time: scaffolding, debugging, refactoring, and reviewing code before it ships.

Eight years into building web applications that hold up under real users and real deadlines. Currently at Turing, building scalable dashboards, admin panels, and data-heavy interfaces — interactive charts, maps, and real-time visualizations — in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. These days, less of the work is writing the first line of code and more the decisions around it — what to build, what AI can safely generate, and what still needs a second pair of eyes.

  • Architecture & Technical Decisions Choosing the right approach before code gets written, not after it breaks in production.
  • AI Output Review Reading what the model wrote before it ships — security gaps, bad patterns, and edge cases it missed.
  • Production Debugging Diagnosing a live failure with incomplete logs and no clear repro steps.
  • Requirements Translation Turning a vague ask from product or a client into a spec an engineer — or an AI — can actually build.
  • React.js & TypeScript Still where most of it gets built — component architecture that scales with the team, not against it.

Eight years, four chapters.

  1. Apr 2025 — Present

    Senior Frontend Engineer

    Turing · Full-time · Remote

Building scalable dashboards and data-heavy interfaces — interactive charts, maps, and real-time visualizations — in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript, with architecture decisions and AI-generated code review as part of the job.

  2. Jan 2022 — Mar 2025

    Freelance Front-End Developer

    Self-Employed · Remote · Gujarat, India

Worked directly with founders and agencies, owning front-ends end to end from architecture through deployment — increasingly with AI tools in the loop to move faster without lowering the bar.

  3. Apr 2019 — Dec 2021

    Front-End Developer, React.js

    Upforce Tech · Full-time · Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Moved into React full-time, leading component builds across client products and mentoring newer front-end hires.

  4. May 2018 — Mar 2019

    Web Designer

    Vytech Enterprise · Full-time · Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Started at the layout level — turning static designs into working pages and learning what actually breaks in a browser.

Where the fundamentals came from.

Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Information Technology

Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya (KSV), Gandhinagar

2017 — 2019 Grade: A

Bachelor's Degree, Information Technology

Shree Swaminarayan College of Computer Science, Bhavnagar

2014 — 2017

Where I turn technology into product value.

AI can generate the code. What a senior engineer still brings is the judgment — the right architecture, a careful read of what the model got wrong, and a translation of business needs into something that actually ships.

Architecture & Technical Decisions

I choose the approach before code gets written — state, data flow, and structure that hold up as the product grows, not just the first release.

AI Output Verification & Code Review

I review what AI generates before it ships — catching security gaps, bad patterns, and edge cases the model missed, so shipping fast doesn't mean shipping risk.

Production Debugging & Incident Response

I diagnose live failures with incomplete logs and no clear repro steps, and get products back to stable without guesswork.

Requirements Translation

I turn a vague ask from product or a client into a spec an engineer — or an AI — can actually build, so less gets lost between the idea and the build.
